In addition, customers have several Service Level Agreement options to maximize support.

SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT

GLOBAL Supplemental Support augments existing support plans from GLOBAL OEM Partners and GLOBAL solution providers, providing direct access to GLOBAL Support resources on a 24×7 basis to streamline support. GLOBAL Supplemental Support customers should have an existing support plan with a GLOBAL OEM Partner or GLOBAL solution provider that covers their hardware at a minimum.

ONSITE SUPPORT ENGINEER

GLOBAL Onsite Support Engineers are senior technical professionals that augment customer IT staff, performing proactive maintenance and support of Global to keep them running smoothly. GLOBAL Onsite Support Engineers are available with either GLOBAL Direct Support or GLOBAL Supplemental Support.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

GLOBAL Change Management Services provide a reliable way to manage change throughout extended data center fabrics. Organizations can leverage the expertise of experienced GLOBAL consultants to examine their current network topology in light of proposed modifications; assist with project planning and change control management; and make the changes quickly and with minimal downtime.

WEB PORTAL ACCESS

Network Management Service includes password-protected web portal access to daily reports detailing your network performance. These reports are used to help analyze your current status and plan for the future growth of the network. The web portal also contains information on open, in-process, and closed events (or Service Requests); network inventory; network diagrams; trending information on compression, interface use and errors; and account contact information.

DIRECT NETWORK CONNECTIONS

There are two secure ways we can connect to your network. One method is via the Internet using existing or new customer-side ISP service or DSL. The second connection method is via private network using Frame Relay, ISDN, or dial-up. GLOBAL will work with you to develop other types of network monitoring connections if requested.
